Ingredients:
° blueberry cheesecake:
°C fresh berries
16 ounces cream cheese
° 1/2 c granulated sugar
° 2 tons of flour
° 1 ton of vanilla
°2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
° 1/4 c sour cream
° 1/4 c heavy cream
+ Lemon cake with berries:
° 2 c flour
° 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
° ¼ teaspoon salt
° 2 teaspoons of yeast
° 2/3 c unsalted butter,
° 1 and 1/3 c granulated sugar
° 2 eggs + 1 egg white
° 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
° 2 teaspoons of lemon peel
° a cup of milk
° 3 tsp of lemon juice
° 1 c blueberries -
° 3-4 teaspoons of flour - to mix the berries
+ Lemon Cream Cheese:
° 12 oz. Whole cream cheese, soft
° 1 c softened unsalted butter
° ¼ t salt
° 3 - 4 cups icing sugar
°2 tons of vanilla extract
° 1 ton of lemon peel
+ To decorate:
° lemon wedges
° Fresh blueberries
