Stuffed taco shells


 Ingredients:


°8 ounces of jumbo shells.


°470 grams of ground beef.


°4 ounces of cream cheese.


°1 cup sauce.


°1/2 cup of grated Mexican cheese.


°1/4 cup diced green onions.


°Taco seasoning box.


 


*Directions


Before I started, I preheated the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.


Step 1:


I cooked the shells according to the instructions on the box.

I dried them once they were cooked, then set them aside.


Step 2:


I cooked minced meat in a frying pan. I added the cream cheese, taco seasoning, and 1 cup of the sauce.


Step 3:


Continue cooking until the cream cheese has melted and the other ingredients are incorporated.


The fourth step:


I filled the shells with this mixture, and put them in a casserole dish.


Fifth step:


On top, I sprinkle grated cheese and put the casserole in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.


Sixth step:


When the cheese melted over the stuffed crust I took the dish out of the oven, and served it with my favorite drink!
