  400 ml of milk


  1 tablespoon cornstarch (cornstarch)


  1 can of sweetened condensed milk


  1 egg yolk


  1 packet sour cream


  1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  2 packs of Petit Burr biscuits


  1 cup milk tea (to moisten the biscuits)

  1 box of mattress cream


  200 g of milk chocolate or semi-sweet

 In a saucepan, add 400 ml of milk, cornstarch (cornstarch), condensed milk, yolks, cream and vanilla essence.


  Mix them and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.


  Stir until it thickens and begins to loosen from the bottom of the pan.


  Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and wait for this cream to cool completely. the reserve.


  Dip the biscuits in the milk quickly so that they do not soak.

  Then put them on a form or glass dish (20 x 20 cm), leaving one next to the other, to form a layer.


  Make a layer of cream on top of this biscuit.


  Keep doing this process until you have applied the cream on top of everything.


  In a saucepan, pour the cream and bring to a boil over medium heat.


  When it begins to boil, immediately turn off the heat.


  Add the semi-sweetened milk or chocolate and stir until completely dissolved to form a ganache.


  Pour this ganache over the last layer of cream and distribute it well.


  Put it in the fridge and leave it for 3 hours.
